Lynn and I have complete faith in you … you’ve already done more for us in less than a week, than our previous real estate broker did in almost 7 months. Not for lack of effort … I truly believe they tried as hard as they could. BUT, shear effort, in and of itself wasn’t enough … especially in our situation. Based on what I’ve been able to observe in the brief time we’ve corresponded, I believe you bring a wealth of practical experience in this area, as well as a very strong intuitive feel for the market that wasn’t obvious in any of the predecessors we considered.
Specifically, there’s a rhyme and reason for the recommendations you make and actions you take, as opposed to a looser, more laissez-faire approach of the brokers that preceded you. I accept full responsibility for failing to list with you long before now. Lynn did her research and made the recommendation that we switch … unfortunately, we were both concerned about the time we would lose in the transition, based on the amount of time it took to get our house listed initially. If we had known you would have been ready to list our house in less than a week, the decision would have been a no-brainer. This is yet another example of when I should have heeded my wife’s advice, but didn’t. I just wonder how long it will take me to live this one down.
There is, however, one area of complete consensus between Lynn and me … we both believe you are acting in our best interests. As such, you are, and will continue to be in both of our prayers, as we ask the Lord to bless you and the fruit of your labors in selling our house.
